The customer disservice company…
There is no customer service Warranty returns in my experience take a minimum of 2 months and that’s for a brand new gun that didn’t work when received Thry have no respect for the customer in fact they have zero trust n the customer. It shoul be named the customer dis-service department

Warranty support is horrible. beware
Within warranty period, I had an issue where my theragun mini stopped working, so I returned it for replacement. which they sent back without a theragun mini head.
their later replacement would not work on it.
Company is run like morons and just poor warranty and customer service.

Abysmal service - No regard for the customer
Abysmal service. I canceled two orders after placing them. Nonetheless therabody ships these orders more than 7 hours later.

I reach out via chat and let them know I will not accept the packages. They tell me I won't get my money back if I don't.

So I request return labels. They say, I need to wait until I receive the packages.

I then reach out again for the return labels. Now they want all serial numbers of all the products. Therabody tells me I should recieve the return labels within 2 days.

3 days later, I have to reach out again, explain everything again and request 3 return labels again. I am again being told to wait.

Air leak error for Recovery Air Pro
I've had Therabody Recovery Air Pro boots for less than a year and they started malfunctioning. Specifically, the boots claim to have an air leak error.

I emailed Therabody support 9 days ago and haven't heard a response. I've repeatedly followed up with them. The boots are still technically under their warranty yet they haven't responded regarding repairing them.

It is honestly a terrible product
It is honestly a terrible product. Too expensive for the lack of features. I have another one and it is MUCH cheaper and has more features. Bargain. It's called the Physio Mini.

Bad product
Bad product. My doctor really told me to avoid it really horrendous I've had some serious muscle problems cause of it. Be careful. Highly disrecommend!

My order seemed to get stuck in their…
My order seemed to get stuck in their systems. I never received a confirmation email but my credit card had a pending transaction. Their chat support is fast to connect to an operator however I had to chase several times as the timelines they expressed for resolution continually passed without being met. Eventually when i tried to cancel the order (through support chat) to create a fresh one instead that seemed to cause the order to push through so I received and paid for two orders. Now within less than 5 days the device is faulty.
While the chat support has you connect with someone within seconds the support is skin deep and remedies are slow and ineffective and now it looks like the product may have quality issues.
For a suite of products with very premium pricing this is well below acceptable.

I’ve ordered a Theragun pro stand with 2 other attachments at different times and they’ve tried to merge the order but never received the wireless charging stand. I’ve spoken to several of there customer service agents and no of them seem to care and keep leaving me in the dark until I create a new case. Very bad customer services

Very quick to take your money but not to refund.
At the beginning of March I contacted Therabody, explaining that I would like to order my son his Graduation Gift, but was there any chance of a discount because he was going to be a first responder. I had not heard anything by 30/3/22, so I went ahead and ordered that morning at full price. In the afternoon of 30/3/22, I received an email giving me a 20% discount. So frustrating. I phoned them to explaing the situration, and they said the best thing to do was to cancel the first order and reorder with the discount code. I received confirmation from Therabody that they had managed to cancel the delivery of the first order, and they advised that it would take 48 hours for the refund to show on my Paypal account. I went ahead and made the new order, with the discount code on 31/3/22. I kept monitering my paypal account and no refund showed, just 2 orders for £2000. After tonnes of phone calls and emails to Therabody, I finally received an email on 13/4/22 saying they had actioned a refund. Hooray I thought. Well that was wishful thinking because on 16/4/22 I received a further email, stating that they were still looking into my request. I have given up contacting Thereabody having read all the negative reviews on here and I have now raised a complaint with Paypal who are now going to contact Therabody and get my payment refunded. Very poor Customer Services and thoughtless Customer Care experience. At the time I was really suffering with Covid-19 (18 days of testing +) and Sinusitus so I think the stress of them not activating the refund just made me ill for longer than I should have.

Closed online chat whilst typing, seems they only helpful when taking your money.
Seems like Therabody have started a new Truspilot account due to all the negative customer service reviews on the other one. Well being a customer who was happy with their previous service owning a Theragun Pro and Power dots Duo, I purchased the Recovery Air Pro compression boots, having decided to return them under the 30 day guarantee, I requested an RMA yesterday morning. Having dealt with previous companies the RMA and postage labels have generally been with me within a hour if not sooner from the request. As I had not received anything yesterday afternoon I contacted them again to be told it would take 24 hours. With it now well over the 24 hour time span and still nothing I have just contacted then again via the online chat and spoke to JOSE, who basically fobbed me off stating it now takes between 24 hours and 72 hours and then stated that I was within this time and was there anything else he could help me with. I stated this was a poor service and it wasn't a surprise of all the poor reviews, then whist typing a reply to his reply he just closed the chat. Seems the previous reviews regarding customer service when they are not taking your money is slow and poor, certainly think about using this company again if this is how they treat their customers.
